Before You Go:
A Sensory-Friendly Matinee

The 2:30pm performance is the sensory-friendly premiere of
Monkey Mind Pirates.

Featuring families from the Autism Society of Minnesota as the Sailor Chorus, this matinee includes the following accommodations:

    • our on-line Before You Go Guide (click here to view)
    • a quiet space in the lobby where families can
        take a break
    • adjusted light and sound levels

Please note: While the 2:30 matinee has sold out, on the day of the show we will release unclaimed tickets to the general public at 2:15pm. You can also make a reservation for the 7:00pm show; the evening show does not have sensory-friendly adaptations for sound and light, but you can still use the Before You Go Guide to prepare and we will have a quiet space in the lobby for families who need to take a break.

Monkey Mind? What's that?

"Monkey mind" is a Buddhist term to describe the brain swinging from thought to thought, like a monkey swinging through trees. Monkey Mind Pirates is our quest to help children and adults tap into the power of playfulness and
find peace.
